Weekly Safari Newsletter 

May 19-21st    

        This is the last week of school. This year has been wonderful. I have enjoyed all of my students very much. Thank you for all your prayers and support this year. I couldn't have asked for better parental support. You all have been incredible!

        On Tuesday, the students need to bring their favorite candy bar (any size) to school. We are going to do some fun activities with them and then we'll eat them. Our class picnic is scheduled for Tuesday, May 20. We are going to walk down to Avondale Recreation Center around 12:00 and return at 3:15. We will cook hot dogs and play games. Each student will be responsible to bring in some items. Please bring in your items no later than Monday, May 19th.

      Wednesday is the last day of school. We will play games the majority of the day. The students can bring their favorite board games if they want to.

      Three more days to go. Summer is almost here! Thank you for the great privilege of being your child's teacher this year. I hope you have a great summer! God bless you all!

Secret Word of the Week

              The secret word of the week is Summer time. Summer Time is almost here! Write the secret word and definition on a sheet of paper and turn it in for 10 scholar dollars! Shhh... remember to keep the secret word a secret!
