Note from the Teacher

We are on the final stretch of our school year!  The students have worked so hard on their TCAPs, and I am so proud of them!  We will have some fun learning activities for the last six weeks of school.  We will end this year with a BANG!

April 21  Report cards go home

April 24  PTO meeting/ students who have met their AR goals all year will be recognized

April 25  Final payment is due for Holiday World

May 6  Balloon Launch

May 9  Field Day (after lunch)

May 14  5th grade Talent Show

May 19  Holiday World Trip

May 20  End of year party at Cages Bend pool

May 21  Last day of school!!!

Reading-  Meet your AR goals!!

Science-    

Social Studies-  We are studying World War II

Field Trips/Activities

We are headed to Holiday World in Santa Claus, Indiana on Thursday, May 15.  We will be leaving at 6:30 am and returning at 8:00 pm.  We are so excited about this trip!  Think about going as a chaperone.  Last years's parents loved it!!

Cost:  $50.00 with a deposit of $25.00 due March 20.

          Final payment due April 25.

          Chaperone cost is $25.00 with you driving/carpooling. Payment is due by April 25.
