Welcome to third grade!! I am so excited to be your child's teacher and to get to know each one of my new students. Third grade is an exciting, yet challenging year and I am looking forward to working with you and helping your child excel throughout the school year. We have a great group of kids and we are going to have a wonderful year!!

Your child will bring a "Be Ready" notebook home each evening. Please look through it to see your child's daily homework assignments and any other important information. Also, remember to sign your child's planner EVERY night. This helps assure me that you have seen the assignments and you are aware of what is going on in the classroom. If you need to contact me, please send an email to barbutom@k12tn.net, or write a note in your child's planner.

Scrip Program

Don't forget about the Scrip program. This is an excellent way to help our school without spending any extra money at all, just a little planning! Order forms come home each week, or you can request one at any time. You can also download one from our school's website. We got our   brand new DELL computer this week from the scrip order contest!
